INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
Materials submitted for publication in the journal must be relevant to its scope and represent original research findings, analytical reviews, or methodological developments. It is important that these works have not previously been published or are not planned for publication in other publications, whether in print or digital form. Articles should be written in accessible language that will be of interest not only to specialists but also to a wide range of readers. To achieve this, it is necessary to clearly, logically, and understandably:
- Show (with mandatory citation of relevant sources) the position of this work in the context of global and Russian research in this field;
- Clearly state the author's goal in publishing the article;
- Emphasis the theoretical and practical significance of the presented results, as well as the possibilities for their further application;
Reflect the authors' personal contribution to obtaining the presented results.
To be considered for publication, the following documents must be submitted to the editors:
- Electronic versions of the article in DOC and PDF formats;
- Information about the authors, including (in accordance with the requirements of the Russian Science Citation Index) full name, academic degree, title, position, affiliation, contact phone numbers, and email address;
- An expert opinion confirming the suitability of the article for open access publication;
- Materials in English, including brief information about the authors, a detailed description of the article's contents (extended abstract), and a list of references, required for indexing the journal in international scientometric databases.
All submitted articles undergo mandatory peer review by members of the editorial board and invited experts, whose competence is assessed based on an analysis of their publications using specialized software. Submitting an article for revision does not guarantee its publication, as after revision, it is reviewed again by reviewers and the editorial board. The editors reserve the right not to return rejected materials or to communicate the reasons for rejection. The editors also have the right to shorten articles, make editorial changes, and suggest revisions to authors.
ARTICLE STRUCTURE AND CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
The article must have a clear structure, consisting of sections with headings that accurately reflect the content of each section, namely:
- Introduction, which substantiates the relevance of the topic and briefly describes the task, its place in the global and Russian scientific context (with references to sources), as well as the author's proposed solutions;
- A clear formulation of the research problem, a description of the purpose of the analytical or methodological materials;
- A description of the methods and tools used to solve the research problem, prepare and analyze the materials, information on the stages of their testing (publications, participation in conferences, etc.);
- Applied interpretation and demonstration of the results obtained, an assessment of their verifiability, relevance and/or implementation in practice activity;
- A conclusion summarizing the results obtained and defining the scope of their application, not duplicating the abstract and not being reduced to a simple listing of the actions performed.
